Site Manager - Residential Developer\nNorthamptonshire\nUp to £85,000 + Package (DOE)\n\nA leading UK housebuilder renowned for delivering high-quality residential developments is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a flagship project in Northamptonshire.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected developer known for building well-designed homes and maintaining exceptional build standards, while progressing your career on a substantial live development.\n\nThe Project:\n\nYou will take a key role on a 125-unit residential development, overseeing the day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage daily site operations on a busy residential development\n\nCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams\n\nEnsure health & safety standards are maintained and adhered to at all times\n\nDrive build quality and ensure homes are delivered to a high specification\n\nMonitor build programmes and ensure project milestones are met\n\nLiaise with internal departments including commercial, technical, and customer care teams\n\nConduct site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are achieved\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding\n\nTrack record of delivering volume or quality housing developments\n\nStrong knowledge of NHBC standards and construction processes\n\nExcellent organisational and leadership skills\n\nSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications\n\nPackage:\n\nUp to £85,000 basic salary (DOE)\n\nCar allowance or company car\n\nBonus scheme\n\nPension\n\nPrivate healthcare\n\nThis role would suit an experienced Site Manager or Senior Assistant Site Manager ready to step up, who wants to work with a developer that prides itself on quality craftsmanship and strong project delivery.\n\nIf you're interested in this position - please apply with you CV to be considered
