Key Responsibilit

• iesDrafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreemen
• ts.Providing day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders across multiple business functio
• ns.Advising on privacy and data protection matte
• rs.Supporting strategic projects within a rapidly scaling technology environme
• nt.Assisting with potential M&A activity, including both buy-side and sell-side transactions expected over the coming mont
