They are looking for experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors to join them in a fully remote role, offering excellent earning potential and strong career development.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for qualified surveyors who enjoy desktop analysis and valuations but still want the flexibility of occasional site inspections.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will form part of a regional team carrying out Desktop and Enhanced Desktop valuations across a wide range of residential property types to support secured lending and mortgage decisions.\n\nYou will also carry out physical inspections for a minimum of two days per month, depending on business needs.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n✔ AssocRICS or MRICS qualified\n✔ VRS Registered\n✔ Minimum 1 year PQE undertaking residential mortgage valuations\n✔ Strong understanding of building construction and property valuation\n✔ Proven claims-free track record preferred\n✔ Self-motivated with excellent communication skills\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n💰 Salary up to £65,000 (depending on location & experience)\n💸 Lucrative bonus structure\n🏡 Fully remote working\n📊 Career progression within a growing national organisation\n🎁 Company pension, employee perks & wellbeing support\n\n📩 Interested?\nApply now or contact us for a confidential discussion
